My latest Fix arrived almost 2 weeks ago but since I was in the middle of my 12 days of Christmas Decorations I held off on sharing it with you.  I loved almost everything in this Fix as much as the last one but fit was an issue for a couple of things…darn!  So here is what I received……

Nakamol:  Solano Stone Tassel Necklace  $48

I actually posted a pic of this necklace on my Stitch Fix Pinterest page but I posted it because of the sweater I the pic and not the necklace.  I like the necklace, but it really isn’t my style so I am sure I wouldn’t wear it very much.  For the price it really needed to be something that I would wear a lot and that close to Christmas I was a bit pickier this time.

Verdict:  Returned

Just Black:  Dean Skinny Jean  Size 14P  $78

Stitch Fix Review

I LOVED these jeans right out of the box.  I loved the burgundy color and the cute gold zippers at the ankles but with them being petite they were just too small…bummer!!  The thing about petite sizes is that they are not just shorted, they are generally smaller everywhere than standard sizes.  For that reason I look short shorter lengths in jeans that are still regular sizes and then I have more luck with fit.  Oh the trials of being a chubby short girl!!  #thestruggleisreal  🙂

Verdict:  Returned (Leaving me broken hearted)

Alice Blue:  Corten Button Front Blouse  Size XL  $48

Stitch Fix Review

Another one I loved out of the box but again sadly, fit was an issue.  I have fat arms so I have not had much luck with tops from Stitch Fix that don’t have some stretch to them.  This is another example of that issue.  I wish they would fit though because I have had to send back several beautiful blouses like this one.

Verdict:  Returned

Papermoon:  Delphina Striped Knit Top  Size XL  $68

Stitch Fix Review

To be honest I wasn’t so sure about this one out of the box.  It seemed a little shapeless and let’s be honest….vertical stripes are not my friend but I still LOVE them!!  Once I put it on I knew this was better than I had thought initially.  This is a great top for some comfy jeans running errands on the weekends or with some black cargo pants for work.  It is a really lightweight knit which is great right now because we re having the weirdest winter to so far.  I was running some last minute errands on Christmas Eve with the car windows down and we have had the furnace turned off at home for almost a week now.  I am afraid we might be in for a crazy cold January and February.

Verdict:  Kept

41Hawthorn:  Shara Herringbone Vest  Sixe XL  $68

Stitch Fix Review

This vest is proof positive that my stylist does read my notes to her.  I specifically requested a herringbone vest a couple of months ago and at the time she didn’t have anything in stock in my size…this month they had it so she sent it to me…..Thanks Sara!!  On a sad note though…this one was a little tight across my chest and I already bought a black version of this a few weeks ago so returning this was sort of common sense…especially this close to Christmas…..always trying to save a little extra this time of year.  I was also not a huge fan of the rose gold colored zipper.  Since I don’t have any rose gold jewelry I knew it would bug me.

Verdict:  Returned

So what do you think….did I get it right this month?  Did I keep the right thing and send back the right things??

Have a Great One!

Patty  🙂
